24 natural and sepia tones | Dry colour pencil | 8mm round barrel | Extra wide 5mm core
Derwent Inktense pencils are our best watercolour pencil ever! You can use them dry but mix them with water and WOW! the colour turns into vibrant ink. Once it’s dry the colour is fixed and you can work over the top of it, and, because it permanent it’s great for using on fabric such as silk and cotton!
71 pure, vibrant colours plus a non-soluble outliner | Water-soluble | Round 8mm barrel | Wide 4mm core
Great watercolours pencils that offer the control of a coloured pencil and can be mixed with water to create interesting colour flows. They’re not as bright as Inktense pencils and blocks so they’re ideal if you like to do more subtle watercolour paintings. The soft texture of the core makes them easy to blend and layer and you can create a variety of effects by adding water, from bold images to delicate washes. Watercolour pencils are not permanent so once the colour is dry you can re-wet it and move it about again.
